Haki offers education opportunities for youth! We are able to host field trips for K-12 public schools, visits for extracurricular student groups, individual youth volunteers and more. Want to plan a visit? Send us an email.
What does a Haki field trip look like?
Our farm visits are a hands on learning experience for all ages! Activities vary with the season and cover a wide range of topics including, but not limited to:
Soil exploration, ecosystems & regenerative farming, food justice, seed Starting & Planting, Cultural Stewardship, & more!
The farm is open for field trips late March – November.
*Haki is an Inspire Olympia recipient. Field trips for Olympia School District classrooms are free. 

Higher Education

Farm visits

Student groups and classrooms are welcome to book a farm visit with us. Farm tours and working visits are welcome. 

Internships and Independent Learning Contracts

Haki is experienced with the ILC structure offered at certain colleges. We are willing to work with you on designing an ILC to meet your learning goals. If you are interested in an ILC or internship with us please send us an email. 
*Note our farm is not on a main bus line. Rural transportation options may be available through intercity transit

Other education oppurtunities

We may also be available for the speaking events, tabling, and private work parties for community volunteer and affinity groups upon request. Requests are accepted based on the capacity of our farmers.
